We're glad you're here.

A place for those struggling with mental illness to rediscover, reconnect & recover.

Your brain gets sick too.

Your brain is an organ just like the rest of your body. And just like the rest of your body, it gets sick. Sometimes it’s sick for a long time and requires more attention than a bandaid. When you combine this reality with the reality that our culture is hyper-focused on the individual, conditioning us to feel we must overcome on our own, it’s no wonder why we can be mentally sick with seemingly no way out.

The frequent attempt to conceal mental pain increases the burden: it is easier to say 'My tooth is aching' than to say 'My heart is broken.'–C.S. Lewis

It takes a village.

There is a desperate need to enlighten, educate, and connect with those struggling mentally to help them see a way out. The way out is connection–connections built slowly one at a time beginning with yourself. Life may feel like a lonely island now, but we are here to tell you there is a place for you. Because in reality, it takes a village.

We help those who struggle with mental illness rediscover, reconnect with, and rebuild the relationship with themselves and those around them.

The struggle makes the person.
